How Does a Cartoning Machine Work

The leaflet suction mechanism retrieves one folded leaflet, which will be placed into slots of conveyor system, ready for loading.

Step3: Product Feeding

Packaged products (e.g., bottles, vials, blister packs, and squeezable tube) are arranged automatically or manually and separated by slots of conveying system. Sensors can detect missing items and ensure the spacing matches the cartoning rhythm.

Step4: Products Pushing and Loading

A pusher rod smoothly pushes the product group together with the leaflet into the pre-opened carton.

Step 5: Carton Closin

Tuck-in type: The folding mechanism closes the carton flaps and inserts the tuck lock.

Glue-sealing type: A glue application device applies hot melt adhesive to the flap, which is then pressed together to seal.
