The ZONESUN desktop vial filling capping machine is a compact semi-automatic solution designed for small-batch vial packaging applications. The machine combines liquid filling and capping functions in one desktop unit, while operators manually place vials and caps to improve packaging efficiency and consistency. Equipped with a SUS316 stainless steel magnetic pump, the machine provides stable and accurate filling performance for various chemical liquids and solvents. The compact design saves workspace and is suitable for laboratories, pilot production and small-scale manufacturing. By replacing the star wheel positioning molds and capping components, the machine can be adjusted for different vial sizes, providing flexibility for multi-product packaging requirements.

The touchscreen control panel allows operators to set filling parameters, adjust working speed, and monitor machine operation easily. Multiple language interfaces can be customized according to production requirements.
Equipped with a SUS316 magnetic pump, the machine provides accurate filling for low-volume liquid products. The pump design reduces liquid contamination risks and is suitable for pharmaceutical, laboratory, and cosmetic vial applications.
The pneumatic crimping system securely seals aluminum caps onto vials. The crimping mold can be customized and replaced to fit different vial cap sizes.
