The ZONESUN ZS-YTEXW2 explosion-proof IBC tank weighing filling machine is designed for quantitative filling of industrial liquids into IBC tanks and 25L & 200L drums. An integrated weighing platform monitors the filling weight in real time, while fast and slow two-stage filling helps balance output and accuracy. The operator manually moves the filling arm to align the lance with the container opening. The lance descends during filling to reduce splashing and foaming, then stops and rises automatically when the preset weight is reached. A drip tray collects residual drops after filling. Product-contact parts are commonly made of SUS304 with PTFE seals. The machine is suitable for coatings, solvents, resins, lubricants and similar flowable liquids. The feeding pump is selected separately according to the actual material and is not included as standard.

Centralizes filling weight, speed and operating controls. The explosion-proof configuration is suitable for designated hazardous production areas.
Continuously measures the container weight and controls quantitative filling. Automatic tare removes the weight of the empty container or pallet.
Allows operators to manually align the filling lance with different drum and IBC openings. Its flexible movement simplifies container positioning.
Descends into the container to reduce splashing and foaming, switching from fast to slow filling near the target weight before stopping and rising automatically.
