The ZONESUN ZS-YTCR15A automatic corrosive liquid filling machine is designed for quantitative filling of strong corrosive and selected flammable chemical liquids that are not suitable for conventional stainless steel filling equipment. A gear pump controls liquid dispensing, while bottles and plastic containers are automatically conveyed, positioned and filled for continuous production. The standard machine has one filling head and can reach about 500-800 bottles/hour for 500ml filling, while filling range, bottle size and additional filling heads can be customized. An explosion-proof control box and PLC touchscreen are used for centralized machine operation. It is suitable for sodium hypochlorite, toilet cleaner, oxalic acid, pickling chemicals, pesticides, thinners, strong acids and alkalis, cleaning agents and other compatible chemical liquids.
