ZONESUN ZS-MSZH50B automatic bottle assembly machine is designed to automatically place filled and capped inner bottles into outer bottles, connecting the inner bottle production process with secondary bottle packaging. Outer bottles are automatically supplied by a bottle unscrambler, while inner bottles enter the assembly station directly from the existing filling and capping line. A mechanical gripper picks and places each inner bottle into the outer bottle after photoelectric detection confirms the bottle position. PLC touchscreen control allows easy operation and parameter adjustment. The SUS304 machine frame is convenient for daily cleaning, and an optional dust cover with door-open interlock can be added. After assembly, the machine can connect with a separate capping machine for automatic outer cap placement and tightening. Reference output is 20–40 bottles/min, depending on the inner and outer bottle structure and feeding stability.

FAQ of Automatic Bottle Assembly Machine
1. Can I connect this machine to an existing inner-bottle filling line?
Yes. Filled and capped inner bottles can enter directly by conveyor, while an upstream unscrambler supplies outer bottles. The two bottle streams need to deliver matching quantities at a compatible operating rate.
2. Does the machine finish the entire outer-bottle package?
The machine places the inner bottle inside the outer bottle without pressing or tightening. A separate capper is needed to place and tighten the outer cap.
3. Can the machine handle glass inner bottles as well as plastic ones?
Compatibility should be assessed using the actual bottle pair rather than material alone. Inner-bottle weight, available gripping area, and clearance inside the outer bottle determine whether stable handling and insertion are achievable.
