The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH30L automatic top load cartoning machine erects flat cartons, seals their bottoms, material loading, closes it, and discharges packs in one continuous process. Its loading system is customized by product: granules can be supplied from an external multihead weigher, while bottles can be loaded by a gripping system. Standard tuck-in closure can be changed to hot-melt glue sealing when required. Rapid format changeover is completed without mold replacement. Actual output depends on carton specifications, pack arrangement, and loading method. A carton-jam alarm is provided. Coding, vision inspection, checkweighing, labeling, case packing, and palletizing can be configured for the required line.

The swing-arm touchscreen provides convenient access for machine operation, parameter adjustment, and status monitoring.
Automatically picks flat cartons, opens them, and prepares them for bottom sealing and product loading.
Adjustable guides and holding components help position cartons during operation and support mold-free carton size changeover.
The feeding and loading structure is customized according to the product. It can be configured for granule feeding from an external multi-head weigher or gripping loading for bottles.
Uses standard tuck-in carton closure. A hot-melt glue sealing system can be customized according to packaging requirements.
