The ZS-MPO12 Automatic edible oil bottle filling machine is designed for quantitative filling of cooking oil into 1 L bottles, with an output of 1200–1400 bottles per hour. It uses SS304 flexible hoses and a liquid-contact pipeline free of rubber and plastic parts. Volumetric and weight-based filling modes can be switched to suit production requirements. Its one-head-one-pump design allows each filling head to run independently for stable pipeline pressure and continued operation when an individual head is disabled. Bottle-neck alignment, a vacuum suck-back filling head, three-speed variable-frequency filling, and a buffer-start conveyor reduce dripping, splashing, and bottle tipping. A built-in buffer tank stabilizes supply pressure, while Siemens PLC control, a 360-degree rotating touchscreen, and stored recipes simplify operation and changeover.

Machine Detail
The Siemens PLC works with a 360-degree rotating touchscreen for parameter setting, recipe storage, operation, and monitoring.
Uses vacuum suck-back after filling to help reduce oil dripping. The split filling-head structure allows separate removal for maintenance.
Each filling head operates independently. A faulty head can be switched off without stopping the remaining heads.

Q1. What is the difference between volumetric filling and mass-converted filling?
The machine supports both volumetric and mass-converted filling modes. In mass-converted mode, the system converts the target mass into the corresponding filling volume based on the preset liquid density. It is not a direct weighing system using load cells.
Q2. How does the machine prevent oil from dripping after filling?
Each filling nozzle uses a vacuum suck-back system to draw back residual oil after filling. Three-speed variable-frequency filling also allows the filling speed to slow down at suitable stages, helping reduce dripping, splashing and overflow.
Q3. Can one machine fill both small and large bottles?
The filling range is 100 mL to 1.5 L. An electric lifting system adjusts the filling section for different bottle heights, while the bottle-neck holding structure helps keep different bottles correctly aligned with the filling nozzles. Actual bottle samples or dimensions are recommended for confirmation.
Q4. What happens if one filling pump stops working?
Each filling head has its own pump and can operate independently. If one filling unit has a problem, it can be switched off separately while the remaining filling heads continue production, reducing unnecessary downtime.
Q5. Does the oil pass through rubber or plastic hoses during filling?
No. The flexible connections use SUS304 stainless steel hoses, and the liquid-contact pipeline does not use rubber or plastic components.
Q6. Why does the machine have a built-in buffer tank?
The buffer tank provides a more stable oil supply to the filling system, helping reduce pressure fluctuations during continuous filling. It also helps reduce mixing of residual product when changing from one type of oil to another.
Q7. Can I save settings for different bottle sizes and filling volumes?
Yes. The control system supports recipe storage, allowing commonly used production parameters to be saved and recalled when changing between different product specifications.
Q8. Can this machine be integrated into a complete edible oil bottling line?
Yes. The automatic edible oil bottle filling machine can connect with bottle unscramblers, capping machines, labeling machines, coding systems, checkweighers, case packing equipment and other machines according to the required production process.
