The ZONESUN automatic plastic bottle unscrambler organizes bulk plastic bottles and supplies them upright to downstream production equipment at a reference output above 160 bottles per minute. Operators load loose bottles into the hopper, and an elevator transfers bottles to the rotating sorting disc. Bottles then enter the orientation mechanism: neck-up bottles pass toward the outlet, while neck-down bottles follow an inversion guide that turns them upright before discharge. A PLC touchscreen provides machine operation control. Automatic replenishment feeds bottles when needed and pauses when bottles accumulate, helping coordinate supply with downstream demand. The machine is recommended for one dedicated bottle format and supplies empty bottles for products such as collagen drinks and liquid medicines.
