The ZONESUN ZS-LP350 automatic robotic bottle unscrambler uses an industrial vision system and vision-guided pick-and-place robot to identify bottle position, rotation angle and orientation before automatic picking and arranging. It is especially suitable for irregular bottles and containers that are difficult to handle with conventional unscrambling methods. Multi-point vision correction helps reduce reversed or incorrectly oriented bottles, while the robotic handling process reduces bottle-to-bottle friction and collision during sorting. A large-capacity hopper supports continuous bottle feeding, and saved product recipes allow quick changeover between different container formats. The machine can connect with filling, labeling, coding and other packaging equipment for continuous automatic production.

Detail

The control panel allows operators to set production parameters, save bottle recipes and quickly recall settings when changing between different container formats.

The robot automatically picks and places bottles according to the recognition results, working with the flipping system to orient bottles for continuous feeding.

The hopper stores a larger quantity of empty bottles for continuous feeding, helping reduce manual loading frequency during production.

FAQ of Automatic Robotic Bottle Unscrambler
Q1. What types of bottles are most suitable for this robotic unscrambler?
It is especially suitable for irregular bottles, shaped containers and products that are difficult to orient with traditional rotary or centrifugal unscramblers. Actual bottle shape, size and surface condition should still be evaluated before machine production.
Q2. How does the machine know which direction the bottle should face?
The industrial camera identifies bottle position, rotation angle and front/back orientation. The robot then adjusts the bottle before placing it onto the output conveyor in the required direction.
Q3. Can it handle bottles with similar shapes but different sizes?
Yes, different bottle formats can be stored as separate recipes. Mechanical settings and robot parameters may still need adjustment depending on the size difference and bottle structure.
Q4. Is this system suitable for bottles with easily scratched surfaces?
The robotic pick-and-place method reduces direct bottle-to-bottle friction and collision compared with some traditional bulk unscrambling methods, which can help lower the risk of surface scratching. Sample testing is recommended for highly sensitive or decorated containers.
Q5. What happens if the camera cannot correctly identify a bottle?
Bottles that are not successfully recognized or picked can be returned through the recirculation system for another sorting cycle instead of being manually removed immediately.
Q6. How fast is product changeover?
Saved recipes allow operators to quickly recall operating parameters for different bottle formats. Actual changeover time depends on whether mechanical adjustment is also required.
Q7. Do I need to provide bottle samples before ordering?
Yes. Actual bottle samples are recommended so the vision recognition, gripping method, orientation logic and feeding stability can be tested before machine production.
Q8. Can the bottle unscrambler connect with my existing packaging line?
Yes. The automatic robotic bottle unscrambler can connect with filling machines, labeling machines, coding systems and other packaging equipment for continuous bottle feeding.
Q9. What information should I provide before selecting the machine?
Please provide bottle samples or dimensions, bottle material, required orientation, target production speed and information about the downstream equipment. If several bottle formats will be used, please provide details for each one.
