The ZONESUN ZS-HWB01 high pressure bottle washing machine removes dust and filling residues from bottle exteriors in food, beverage, personal care, and cosmetics production. A stainless steel conveyor carries bottles through multiple water jets supplied by a pressurizing pump. Adjustable nozzle positions, spray angles, and water pressure allow the rinsing intensity and coverage to suit the bottle and residue. The machine handles bottles 50–100 mm in diameter at a rated speed of 2,000 bottles per hour; actual output depends on bottle stability and cleaning requirements. The SUS201 stainless steel conveyor can be upgraded to SUS304 or SUS316. Installed after filling and capping, the washer can connect to a multi-nozzle air-knife dryer to remove surface water before labeling or coding.

FAQ of High Pressure Bottle Washing Machine
1.Can bottles go directly from washing to labeling?
Check whether the bottle surface is sufficiently dry for the selected label and adhesive. The washer can connect to an air-knife dryer to remove residual surface water before labeling or coding.
2.How should I choose between SUS201, SUS304, and SUS316 conveyor materials?
Consider the production environment, wash-water composition, and any cleaning chemicals used around the conveyor. SUS201 is standard; SUS304 or SUS316 can be specified after reviewing the production requirement.
3.Will the machine maintain 2,000 bottles per hour for every bottle format?
The rated speed is 2,000 bottles per hour, but the usable rate also depends on bottle stability and the cleaning result required. Residues that need longer spray exposure may limit the operating speed.
4.Does exterior washing replace internal bottle cleaning or sterilization?
No. This machine rinses the outside of bottles after filling and capping. Internal cleaning and any required sterilization must be addressed by separate processes.
