The ZONESUN ZS-FS240V powder VFFS packaging machine turns roll film into filled and sealed single-serving sachets for instant beverage powders. The machine automatically feeds powder, forms bags, measures and fills each portion, seals the bags, and discharges finished packs, reducing manual handling throughout the packaging process. A vacuum powder feeder keeps material supplied, while servo-driven film pulling helps maintain consistent bag dimensions for a uniform finished appearance. Rounded-corner sachets and custom-shaped bags can be made to suit your packaging design. An optional ribbon coder prints production dates or batch numbers during packaging. Typical applications include instant coffee, milk tea powder, cocoa drink mixes, milk powder, and other single-serving drink powders.
