The ZONESUN ZS-FK168C semi automatic can seamer machine is a compact tabletop unit for aluminum, tinplate, PET, and paper cans. The support platform automatically raises each can into the sealing position without manual height adjustment. During seaming, the can remains stationary while the seaming rollers rotate around the lid, helping reduce liquid movement and product displacement. The bottom can holder adjusts to different can diameters by turning left to tighten or right to loosen, without replacing the bottom fixture. A different seaming chuck is required when changing can diameters. The front control panel and open working area provide access for operation and can handling. The machine uses an electric drive and requires no external compressed-air supply.

1. Can I use the same seaming chuck for cans with different diameters?
Changing can diameters requires a matching seaming chuck. The bottom holder can be tightened or loosened to fit the can, so the bottom fixture does not need replacing.
2. Can I switch between metal cans and PET or paper cans?
The machine supports aluminum, tinplate, PET, and paper cans, but container material alone does not determine compatibility. The can rim, lid profile, and matching seaming chuck should be checked for each packaging format.
3. Is this machine suitable for liquid-filled cans?
The can remains stationary during seaming, helping reduce liquid movement. Actual suitability should be checked with the intended product, fill level, and can-and-lid combination, particularly for products that spill or foam easily.
4. Is air compressor needed at the installation location?
The machine requires an electrical supply and does not need an air compressor. Confirm the machine’s rated voltage and frequency before preparing the installation location.
5. Does sealing a can make the product shelf-stable?
Can seaming closes the container but does not establish shelf life by itself. Shelf life depends on the product, processing conditions, packaging materials, and verified seam quality.
