The ZONESUN ZS-FJFC2 powder vial filling capping machine is designed for 1-10 g small-dose powders such as hyaluronic acid powder, collagen powder and laboratory reagent powders. Controlled by a high-precision cam indexer, the machine completes vial feeding, dual-station powder filling, stoppering, cap placement and dual-station crimping in one rotary system at 60-80 BPM. It is designed for flip-off caps, with a vibratory bowl for automatic cap sorting and feeding. PLC control supports adjustable working speed, automatic counting and no bottle no filling. Made of SUS304 and 316L stainless steel, the machine is designed according to GMP requirements and can connect with labeling machines and other packaging equipment.

Machine Details

The vial feeding structure arranges and transfers small vials continuously into the rotary working stations for automatic production.

Two filling stations work with rotary positioning to dose small volume powders into vials, improving production efficiency and filling stability.

The photoelectric sensor detects vial presence at the working station, allowing the machine to stop filling automatically when no vial is detected.

A high-precision cam indexer controls the rotary working stations, keeping vial transfer, filling, stoppering, cap placement and crimping movements synchronized.

Transfers stoppers to the bottle mouths and presses them into place, completing stopper placement and insertion automatically.

Flip-off caps are automatically sorted by the vibratory bowl and transferred onto the filled vials before crimping.

Two crimping stations seal the flip-off caps onto the vials continuously, matching the dual-station filling structure for higher production efficiency.

Two dedicated vibratory bowls sort and feed caps and stoppers separately, supplying correctly oriented closures to their respective stations.

FAQ
Q1. My powder is very fine and dusty. Can this machine handle it?
It depends on the powder flowability, bulk density and dust level. For very fine or dusty powders, we recommend sending samples for filling tests before confirming the machine configuration.
Q2. What filling accuracy can I expect for my product?
Filling accuracy is related to the powder characteristics and target dose. For small-dose applications, actual powder samples can be tested to confirm whether the required accuracy can be achieved.
Q3. Do I need to send vial and cap samples before machine production?
Yes. We recommend providing actual vials and integrated stopper flip-off caps so the feeding, positioning, cap placement and crimping parts can be made and tested according to your packaging.
Q4. Can I run several vial sizes on the same machine?
It is possible for some specifications, but related positioning parts may need to be adjusted or replaced. The final changeover solution depends on the vial and cap size differences.
Q5. Can I increase the production speed if 60-80 BPM is not enough?
The standard configuration works at about 60-80 BPM. For higher output requirements, please provide your target speed, filling weight, vial size and powder information so we can evaluate another machine configuration.
