The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V11 automatic whisky gin bottling line combines bottle feeding, equal-level filling, T-cork stoppering, neck capsule application and heat shrinking, and finished bottle accumulation in one continuous process. The filling system uses an automatic feeding pump and suck-back filling nozzles to help maintain a consistent liquid level, with the number of filling heads customizable according to production needs. For bar-top T-corks, a specially treated vibratory bowl sorts the stoppers while helping reduce surface scratching, and vacuum pick-and-place with a top-track pressing structure supports stable stopper insertion. The capsule shrinking unit uses a timing screw for controlled bottle spacing and integrates capsule placement with heat shrinking. Finished bottles are collected by an accumulation conveyor for easier handling and packing. The line is suitable for whisky, gin and similar bottled spirits.

1. Why does this line use equal-level filling instead of filling only by volume?
Equal-level filling is useful for products such as whisky and gin where bottles are often displayed together and a consistent visible liquid level is important. The suck-back filling nozzles also help control residual liquid around the nozzle after filling.
Q2. Can this line work with different bottle shapes and heights?
Bottle height-related sections can be adjusted within the designed working range. Bottle shape, neck dimensions and overall size still affect the feeding, filling, stoppering and capsule handling structures, so bottle samples are recommended before production.
Q3. What type of stopper can the stoppering machine handle?
This line is designed for bar-top T-shaped stoppers commonly used on whisky, gin and other spirits bottles. The stopper dimensions, top shape and material should be confirmed with actual samples so the feeding and pressing structures can be matched correctly.
Q4. Will the vibratory bowl scratch decorative T-cork tops?
