The ZONESUN ZS-DTFP3 desktop honey filling machine is designed for quantitative filling of honey, syrup, sauces and other viscous products with suitable flowability. It uses a gear pump filling system with a 5–1000g filling range and reference accuracy of about 0.1%–0.5%. A 600mm rotary table works with photoelectric positioning to move and locate containers for continuous filling, while the PLC touchscreen allows convenient adjustment of filling parameters and machine operation. The machine supports either suction feeding from an external container or hopper feeding according to production needs. With a compact structure and low power consumption, it is suitable for small-batch production, testing and workshops with limited space.
