The ZONESUN ZS-AFS09P is an automatic premade pouch paste filling sealing machine for viscous liquids and pastes. The machine automatically feeds, opens, fills, seals, and discharges premade pouches. The piston filling system meters viscous materials into opened pouches. The hopper can be configured with heating or agitation according to material requirements. The machine handles flat pouches, stand-up pouches, and certain zipper pouches when sealing is away from the zipper or when the zipper is pre-opened. No-pouch-no-fill control is included. Date printing and coding can be added, with editable QR codes, barcodes, and dates; different coding colors are available. Safety guards and door interlocks can also be customized.

Hopper heating can be selected when a product needs temperature support to maintain suitable flow conditions. Agitation can be selected when a product requires continuous mixing during filling; the actual configuration depends on material behavior.
Q2. Can the machine run stand-up pouches and zipper pouches?
The machine supports flat pouches and stand-up pouches. Some zipper pouches can also be used when sealing is completed away from the zipper or when the zipper is pre-opened.
Q3. What affects the actual packaging speed?
The reference speed is 5–30 bags per minute. Actual output depends on product viscosity, filling volume, pouch dimensions, pouch-opening stability, and sealing time.
Q4. Can I print QR codes, barcodes, and dates on the pouch?
