The ZONESUN ZS-AFK350V vacuum can sealing machine is designed for vacuum sealing of square, oval and round metal cans, such as pet food cans and fruit cans. Equipped with a vacuum pump and air storage tank, it provides stable vacuum sealing performance. The servo-driven sealing turntable supports adjustable working speed, while PLC control provides missing lid alarm, no lid no sealing and can jam protection. Since the sealing structure needs to match the actual can and lid, customers need to send metal can samples before machine production for customization and sealing tests. One machine is recommended for one can specification, while special-shaped cans need to be evaluated according to actual samples. The machine can also connect with upstream and downstream equipment.

Q1. Do I need to send can samples before machine production?
Yes. Actual metal can and lid samples are required. We use them to customize and test the sealing structure to make sure the machine can work properly with your cans.
Q2. Can I use one machine for different can sizes?
For better sealing stability, we recommend one machine for one main can specification. If you have several sizes, please send the samples for evaluation.
Q3. What happens if a lid is missing or a can gets stuck?
The machine has missing lid alarm, no lid no sealing and can jam protection functions to reduce sealing problems during production.
Q4. Can the machine connect with my existing production line?
Yes. It can work independently or connect with filling, conveying, labeling and other upstream or downstream equipment.
Q5. Does the machine require an air storage tank?
The standard configuration includes an air storage tank, which works with the vacuum system to provide a stable air supply during continuous vacuum can sealing.
