The ZONESUN ZS-AFC39W automatic collagen drink filling capping machine combines 10-head tracking vacuum air cleaning, 10-head servo filling and 8-head rotary capping in one system. It is designed for collagen drinks, liquid supplements, vitamin solutions and similar bottled products, with production speed up to 7,000-8,000 BPH. The optional peristaltic pump can work with disposable filling tubing, making tube replacement easier and helping reduce cross contamination between products. SUS316 filling nozzles and SUS304 product contact parts are used for clean production. The 8-head magnetic three-jaw capping structure provides stable cap gripping and capping. PLC and touchscreen control support bottle and cap detection, while bottle sizes can be customized according to production requirements.

Ten tracking cleaning heads use vacuum air cleaning to remove dust and small particles inside bottles before filling.
The servo-controlled filling system can use peristaltic pumps with disposable tubing, making tube replacement easier and reducing product contact with internal pump parts.
The customized star wheel positions and transfers bottles between working stations, helping maintain stable bottle movement during high-speed production.
Eight rotary magnetic three-jaw capping heads grip and tighten caps continuously, providing stable capping performance at higher production speeds.
Finished bottles are transferred to the collection tray after capping, making bottle collection and connection with the next packaging process easier.

Q1. Why choose a peristaltic pump for this machine?
The liquid only contacts the filling tubing during pumping. Disposable tubing is easy to replace between products, reducing cleaning work and the risk of cross contamination.

It depends on the liquid, tubing material and production time. The tubing should be checked regularly and replaced when wear or changes in filling performance are found.
