The ZONESUN ZS-AFC20U automatic tabletop vial filling stoppering crimping machine fills 1–10 mL veterinary liquids and aqueous solutions at 40 bottles per minute. A single-head peristaltic pump provides stated accuracy of ≤±3%. The machine completes bottle feeding, filling, stoppering, cap placement, pneumatic crimping, and discharge. An automatic bottle unscrambler and conveyor feed vials to a servo indexing table. The filling nozzle uses pneumatic lifting for 20–60 mm bottle heights. Vibratory bowls sort and feed stoppers and outer caps. Interchangeable crimping tooling supports compatible aluminum and aluminum-plastic caps. The PLC touchscreen provides volume setting, speed adjustment, and production counting. The 304 stainless-steel machine can be supplied with optional guards, door interlocks, or a Class 100 laminar flow hood.

FAQ of Automatic Tabletop Vial Filling Stoppering Crimping Machine
Q1. Can the ZS-AFC20U run different vial sizes?
The standard bottle range is 20–60 mm in height and Ø16–Ø22 mm in diameter. Other vial specifications can be customized, but the required turntable, guide parts, and closure tooling should be confirmed first.
Q2. When is a peristaltic pump suitable for this machine?
The confirmed configuration is intended for veterinary liquids, aqueous solutions, and other compatible small-dose liquids. The liquid formulation, viscosity, tubing compatibility, and required filling result should be checked before selection.
Q3. Can the same machine use different aluminum cap specifications?
Yes. The pneumatic crimping system can use interchangeable crimping heads for compatible aluminum or aluminum-plastic caps. Cap samples are needed to confirm feeder and tooling compatibility.
Q4. What affects actual output and filling accuracy?
The nominal speed is 40 bottles per minute and the stated accuracy is ≤±3%. Actual results depend on filling volume, liquid properties, vial dimensions, closure feeding, and crimping conditions.
Q5. How does format changeover work?
Changing vial or closure specifications may require matching turntable parts, guides, and crimping tooling. The vibratory feeder lifting frame is designed for quick height adjustment during setup.
Q6. When should I select the optional laminar flow hood?
The optional Class 100 laminar flow hood should be considered when the production environment requires localized clean-air protection above the working area. The required cleanliness scope and process requirements should be determined separately.
Q7. What information should I provide before ordering?
Please provide the liquid type, target filling volume, vial samples or dimensions, stopper and cap samples, required output, and preferred sealing method. This information is needed to confirm the peristaltic pump configuration, bottle-handling parts, vibratory feeders, and crimping tooling.
