Product Description
The ZONESUN ZS-AFC16PB rotary liquid filling capping machine fills and closes small PP bottles at a reference output of 8,000–10,000 bottles per hour. A rotary infeed transfers bottles to 16 servo piston filling heads. The filling nozzles follow moving bottles during dispensing, supporting continuous bottle movement. An electromagnetic vibratory feeder supplies caps for automatic placement, followed by 12 planetary capping heads that tighten threaded caps. A PLC touchscreen provides operation and parameter control. Product-contact components are made from 304 stainless steel, and a dust cover is optional. This high-speed filling machine is suitable for filling collagen drinks and liquid medicines into PP bottles.

1. Can I switch to another 30 mL bottle without changing machine parts?
The same nominal volume does not guarantee compatibility. Bottle diameter, height, neck position, and cap dimensions should be checked against the rotary handling and capping configuration before a format change.
2. What type of closure should I specify for this machine?
This configuration tightens threaded screw caps. Provide the actual bottle-and-cap combination to confirm automatic cap feeding, placement, and tightening; aluminum crimp closures require a different closing process.
3. Does ±1% filling accuracy apply to every liquid?
The stated accuracy should be verified using the intended liquid and operating conditions. Viscosity, temperature, entrained air, and filling settings can affect the result.
4. Is the filling volume customizable?
Yes. The standard filling volume is 30 mL, and the filling volume can be customized according to production requirements.
5. How should I match this machine to the rest of my production line?
The reference output is 200–250 bottles per minute. Assess sustained bottle supply and downstream handling at the required operating rate so accumulation or interruptions do not limit the complete line.
