This automatic 4-nozzle peristaltic pump filling machine is designed for precise and contamination-free liquid dosing. Using independent peristaltic pump control, the liquid only contacts the tubing, ensuring high hygiene standards and easy material changeover.
The machine supports a filling range of 3–500 ml and delivers stable performance at speeds up to 30–50 bottles per minute. Each nozzle can be adjusted individually, making it suitable for small to medium production batches that require accuracy and flexibility.
Equipped with an intuitive control panel, conveyor system, and stainless steel frame, this filling system is ideal for pharmaceutical liquids, cosmetic serums, essential oils, laboratory reagents, and other low- to medium-viscosity products.

The integrated digital control panel allows precise adjustment of filling volume, speed, and interval time. Parameter settings are clearly displayed, enabling fast setup and consistent batch production. Memory functions reduce repeated calibration time when switching between products.
Each filling head operates with an independent peristaltic pump, ensuring stable and repeatable liquid transfer. Since the liquid only contacts the medical-grade tubing, there is no contamination risk from internal pump components. Tubing replacement is simple and cost-effective, making the machine ideal for frequent material changeovers.
Four adjustable filling nozzles support synchronized or independent operation. Anti-drip design minimizes liquid residue and stringing, improving filling cleanliness and reducing post-production cleanup.
The stainless steel conveyor ensures stable bottle transport and accurate positioning during filling. Speed is adjustable to match production requirements, maintaining alignment even at higher output levels.
The collection tray is positioned at the end of the filling area to gather bottles after the filling process is completed. It helps keep finished containers organized and prevents bottles from tipping or scattering during continuous operation.
