Machine Features
- No printing plate required. Designs switch instantly — no plate-making cost or lead time between jobs, which changes what's economical to produce.
- Direct digital foil stamping pulls logos, text, and graphics straight from design software to the stamping head — no intermediate step, no plate to cut first.
- The XY motion system controls positioning. Foil placement holds steady across a run because the motion system corrects position mechanically, not because an operator is aligning each piece by eye.
- A ROHM industrial print head drives the stamping. Detail resolution and metallic finish quality both depend on print head consistency — this is where fine text and intricate logo work either hold up or blur at the edges.
- Material range covers paper, cardboard, leather, PVC, PET, PU, and acrylic. Different surfaces respond differently to heat and pressure; the system's range matters specifically when a single operation runs mixed substrates across different jobs.
- Built for flexible, short-run production — prototypes, customized packaging, small batches where setup cost would otherwise make plate-based stamping impractical.
- Interchangeable work platforms handle flat and hollow products with stable positioning — a flat sheet and a curved or hollow object need different support to stay still during stamping, and the platform swap addresses that directly.
- USB and PC connectivity link the machine to CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop — design files go straight to production without a file conversion step in between.
