The ZONESUN swirl cream filling machine is customized for filling creams with an ice cream-like swirl texture, such as whipped hair butter, body butter and decorative cosmetic creams. It supports one-, two-, three- or four-color filling and can be equipped with up to four filling heads. Independent 30L double-jacket hoppers can be filled with warm water or thermal oil to maintain a stable product temperature, with optional mixing available. The swirl size can be adjusted to create different decorative patterns, while customized nozzles and bottle holders accommodate various packaging formats. Each filling nozzle can be adjusted forward, backward, left, right, up and down to match production needs. The machine can reach speeds of up to 1,000 bottles per hour.
