Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MSZD01 is an automatic horizontal premade pouch packing machine for bread, cakes, toast, block foods, tray products, and multipacks of prepacked goods. It feeds and arranges products, picks and opens premade pouches, pushes products horizontally into pouches, heat seals, and discharges finished packs. A suction-cup system transfers pouches to the rotary bag-opening station. Opening clamps hold each pouch open and positioned for loading. Pouch-size changes require matching bag-support forming tooling, while stored recipes recall sealing and pouch-pulling adjustments. Packaging speed is 20–40 bags per minute, depending on product characteristics and pack weight. Heat-sealing temperature is adjustable, and no-pouch-no-push control is included. Date printing, coding, safety guards, and door interlocks are optional.

The 10-inch touchscreen works with the motion control system for operation and parameter adjustment. The control system stores and recalls recipes for sealing and pouch-pulling adjustments.
Product Push-Loading Structure
The push-loading structure moves fixed-shape products horizontally into opened pouches while maintaining product orientation.
Premade Pouch Feeding Station
The SUS304 pouch feeding station supplies premade pouches through multiple working positions.
Rotary Pouch-Opening Station
The SUS304 station uses suction cups to pick pouches. Opening clamps hold each pouch open and positioned for product loading.
Heat Sealing Structure
The heat sealing structure closes filled pouches. Sealing temperature can be adjusted for different pouch materials.
Finished Product Conveyor
The food-grade PU conveyor transfers sealed packs to the next production stage.
