The ZONESUN premade pouch vacuum packaging machine is designed for automatic vacuum sealing of heat-sealable premade pouches. The machine completes pouch feeding, vacuum extraction, sealing and finished pouch discharge in one continuous process. This model adopts manual product loading but can be customized with suitable dosing systems according to different product characteristics and achieve automatic filling function. The vacuum system can achieve a vacuum level of up to -0.1 MPa, helping reduce air inside the pouch and improve packaging quality. Controlled by PLC and touchscreen operation, the machine features automatic sealing temperature compensation for stable sealing performance and consistent package appearance. It is compatible with various heat-sealable premade pouches, including kraft paper bags, aluminum foil bags and other laminated pouches. For zipper pouches, the zipper must be opened before packaging; closed zipper bags requiring automatic zipper opening are not suitable.
