The ZONESUN ZS-IIP550 Inline Inkjet Printer codes directly on the production line. No offline marking step. The system supports up to 6 printheads, and print height reaches 152.4 mm. That range covers small characters, large text and supported barcode formats.
Here is how a print happens. A sensor spots each product as it passes and triggers the printheads at the right position. Content comes from the 7-inch touchscreen: logos, text, barcodes, QR codes, variable data. Parameters adjust on the same screen.
