The ZONESUN sachet filler machine is a vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging system designed for liquids, creams, gels and sauces. It completes film unwinding, laser coding, bag forming, product filling, sealing and cutting in a continuous automated process. Equipped with a PLC touchscreen control system, operators can directly set filling volumes and bag lengths for efficient production. Servo-driven film feeding ensures accurate pouch dimensions, while independently controlled heat sealing provides reliable seal quality. The machine supports composite films, aluminum films and various packaging materials, with production speeds of up to 25-40 sachets per minute. Optional heating and mixing functions for the 30L hopper make it suitable for shampoo, shower gel, lotion, cream, juice, jam and condiment packaging applications.
