The ZONESUN water-cooled induction sealing machine uses electromagnetic induction to heat and seal aluminum foil liners onto bottle openings. The circulating water system removes heat from the induction head and electrical components, making the machine more suitable for continuous production, larger bottle openings and higher-speed applications than common air-cooled models. Sealing power can be adjusted according to the bottle opening and foil material. It works with plastic or glass bottles using common round or sharp-pointed caps, but is not suitable for metal bottles, metal caps or glass caps. The machine can be connected with filling, capping, labeling and coding equipment for food, pharmaceutical, supplement, cosmetic and chemical packaging lines.

The button control panel allows operators to start the machine and adjust induction power according to different sealing requirements.
Induction Sealing Head
The induction head heats the aluminum foil liner through electromagnetic induction, allowing the foil sealing layer to bond quickly with the bottle opening.
Water Cooling System
Circulating water continuously removes heat from the induction head and electrical components, helping the machine maintain stable operation during long production runs.
Height Adjustment Knob
The adjustment knob changes the sealing head height to match bottles of different heights and keep a suitable distance between the bottle cap and induction head.

Q1. How do I know if my bottle and cap can be induction sealed?
The bottle needs to use a compatible aluminum foil liner and cap structure. Plastic and glass bottles with common round or sharp pointed caps are generally suitable, while metal bottles, metal caps and glass caps cannot be used with this machine.
Q2. Why is the aluminum foil not sealing firmly to my bottle?
The result can be affected by induction power, conveyor speed, distance from the sealing head, foil liner and bottle material. These settings should be adjusted according to your actual packaging.
Q3. Should I choose a water-cooled or air-cooled induction sealer?
For continuous production, higher speeds or larger bottle openings, a water-cooled model is usually more suitable because of its stronger heat dissipation. For lighter production requirements, an air-cooled model may be enough.
Q4. Can I use the same machine for different bottle heights?
Yes. The sealing head height can be adjusted to match different bottle heights. Bottle opening diameter and foil specifications should also be checked to make sure they are within the machine's working range.
Q5. Will the bottle or product become hot during sealing?
Induction heating mainly acts on the aluminum foil liner and the sealing process is very fast. However, the actual heat effect can vary with the bottle, foil, product and machine settings, so sample testing is recommended for temperature-sensitive products.
