The ZONESUN bottle rinser machine is designed for cleaning various containers before filling, suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries. It can operate independently or be integrated into a filling and capping line. The machine uses a sanitary pump to pressurize water for internal rinsing, combined with air injection to complete both water and air cleaning processes. With a continuous motion system and bottle grippers, containers are inverted over rinsing nozzles for thorough cleaning. It achieves speeds of 1800–9000 BPH and supports glass bottles and PET containers of different shapes. Changeover is simple without replacing parts. The system ensures high cleaning efficiency and includes a modular POM conveyor capable of flexible horizontal and vertical movement for compact layout design.
