The ZONESUN rotary cup filling and sealing machine is designed for packaging yogurt, sauces, juice, dips, dairy products and cosmetic creams in preformed cups. Featuring a compact rotary indexing design, the machine integrates automatic cup feeding, product filling, film placement, heat sealing and finished product discharge into one system, with production speeds of up to 1,200-1,400 cups per hour. The servo-driven gear pump allows operators to adjust the filling volume directly through the control panel . Constructed from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, the machine is equipped with a 50L hopper featuring optional heating and mixing functions. Anti-drip nozzles help reduce splashing during filling, while customized molds and film detection functions ensure reliable operation for different cup formats and sealing applications.
