This filling line is used to fill meat sauce into glass jar and tighten the twist off metal caps automatically. The bottling work is controlled by the rotor pump, which can ensure the minced meat will be bottled smoothly, and meat will be not easily left in the machine.

Equipped with PLC control panel, machine working data like filling time and speed can be controlled easily. Customizable interface makes different kinds of language can be set according to production need.
The filling nozzle is controlled by air cylinder, it is more powerful. Nozzle size is customized according to filling material. Multiple filling heads can be customized as needed.
The rotor lobe pump has larger filling range, it is customized according to filling material, this makes minced meat can be bottled smoothly during filling work, and will not easily left in the machine, improves filling accuracy.
The cap elevator is customized for supplying bottle caps in time,this saves working labor and improves working capacity greatly.
Designed with two capping heads to improve working capacity.The capping torsion is controlled by servo motor, which can ensure the capping accuracy. Capping head should be customized according to cap size.
