The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V12 liquor bottle packaging line is built for whisky, gin and other spirits that require clean bottle handling, consistent fill levels and premium bottle presentation. It combines negative-ion air cleaning, equal-level filling, T-cork stoppering, PVC capsule shrinking and round bottle labeling in one continuous line. The filling section helps maintain a uniform visible liquid level, while the specially treated stopper feeding system reduces the risk of scratching decorative bar-top corks during automatic handling. Adjustable stoppering and bottle handling structures support different bottle heights, and the labeling unit can handle single, front-and-back or wrap-around labels. Optional coding can also be added for date or batch number printing, making the line suitable for complete automated liquor bottle packaging.
