The ZONESUN ZS-WCHJ1C wax filling machine is designed for filling high viscosity and temperature-sensitive wax-based products, such as lip balm, hair wax, shoe wax and solid perfume. Different from normal filling machines, this machine uses water circulation heating to keep the material contact area at a stable temperature, helping reduce material solidification during filling. The jacketed hopper can be filled with hot water or thermal oil, and optional mixing function is available to improve material flow. Equipped with a piston pump feeding system, the machine provides continuous material supply during production. The filling pipeline is wrapped with high-temperature insulation material, and the filling nozzle is connected with warm water circulation to maintain suitable temperature at the filling end. Filling heads can be customized according to production requirements. With one-button cleaning function, the machine is easier to maintain and can be connected with capping machines, labeling machines and other packaging equipment.
