The ZONESUN automatic dip tube Cutter is designed for spray pumps and cap assemblies used in sanitizing sprays, hand sanitizers, perfumes and other liquid packaging applications. The machine automatically completes cap feeding, cap positioning, dip tube cutting and finished cap discharge in a continuous process. Designed for closures larger than 20mm with tube diameters ranging from 4-9.5mm, it supports adjustable cutting lengths and V-shaped tube cuts (customizable for flat end cuts). A vibratory feeder ensures automatic cap supply, while the servo-controlled gripping mechanism simulates manual handling for accurate cap transfer and positioning. Equipped with a Siemens touchscreen interface, operators can easily adjust cutting position, cutting time and production speed. The machine delivers approximately 15-25 pieces per minute and can work with filling, capping and labeling equipment to build a complete packaging line.
