This industrial bottle disinfection machine is designed to spray a metered dose of disinfectant inside bottles during continuous linear conveying. The ZS-FI4 uses a diaphragm pump for liquid supply, with an adjustable spray range of 0.5–10 g controlled from the touchscreen. Its spray nozzles enter the bottle opening to apply a single metered internal spray, and the number of nozzles can be customized for the required production arrangement. A no-bottle-no-spray function helps avoid spraying at empty bottle positions. When changing bottle types, adjust the nozzle position to match the bottle opening and internal spraying location. Commonly used on beverage, cosmetic, and daily chemical production lines, it effectively prevents contamination. Compact in design and easy to integrate with existing filling systems.
