Mainly designed for wrapping around labeling on hexagonal bottles. The pressing structure will fix bottles and bottom rotating structure will rotate bottles and finish labeling work. It is also suitable for the single side and double sides labeling.
Electric eye can detect passing by bottles and send the signal to the operating system and control the machine to start the labeling work automatically. The sensitivity of electric can be adjusted according to labeling objects, this can improves labeling accuracy.
The bottle receiver is used to collect finished products. This can prevent that bottles fall off from conveyor. This is more convenient for next production process.
