This packaging system is consist of the monoblock filling capping machine and labeling machine.The small machine body saves working space.It is suitable for packaging essential oil,ink etc.
Equipped with touch screen control panel,it can shows working parameter more clearly which is good for watching the machine status,the working speed of the conveyor can be adjusted as well.
The height of filling nozzle can be adjusted according to bottle height,prevents from spreading out liquid.Multiple filling nozzle can be customized according to production need.The electric eye can detect passing by bottles and control the machine to start work or not.
The capping head is controlled by the servo motor,which makes it can work faster and stably.The capping head will be customized according to cap shape and size,and the working height can be adjusted according to bottle height, improves working accuracy.
The machine is equipped with 316 stainless steel magnetic pump,which is suitable for filling corrosive liquid and can fill liquid accurately
These three labeling roller make bottles rotating and then finish labeling,ensure that there is no bubbles under labels. Ensure the labeling effect.This is suitable for double side labeling.
