The ZONESUN powder filling weighing machine adopts a servo-driven dual auger system for highly accurate powder packaging. The main auger performs rapid bulk filling, while the secondary auger automatically delivers fine compensation based on real-time weighing feedback beneath the filling nozzle, ensuring precise final weight control. Equipped with a 50 L main hopper and 30 L secondary hopper, both servo driven, the machine is suitable for milk powder, protein powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder, rice flour, and other ultra-fine powders. Made of GMP-compliant food-grade 304 stainless steel, with optional 316 stainless steel customization, it supports recipe storage for instant specification changeovers without recalibration. Optional vacuum dust collection and auger feeding systems improve production cleanliness and material supply stability. The machine can integrate with bottle unscramblers, capping machines, and labeling machines for automated production lines.
