The ZONESUN ZS-XG440RS2 is an automatic dual-head servo capping machine designed for compatible screw caps, with a production speed of 50–80 bottles per minute. The machine uses two servo-driven three-wheel capping heads for continuous cap tightening. A cap elevator automatically feeds caps to the capping system, while the automatic cap-placement mechanism positions each cap onto the bottle before tightening. A rotating bottle-separating disc spaces and positions bottles as they enter the capping station. Capping parameters can be adjusted through the PLC touchscreen to accommodate different bottle and cap requirements. The servo-controlled capping system supports consistent tightening during continuous production. The built-in conveyor allows the machine to connect with filling, labeling, and other upstream or downstream packaging equipment to form an automatic packaging line.

The touchscreen allows digital adjustment of capping torque and supports parameter storage and recipe recall for different specifications.

Servo motor controls two four-wheel capping stations to perform continuous cap tightening for 50–80 bottles per minute.

FAQ
The machine is designed for conventional flat round caps with diameters from 30–85 mm. Compatible round-cap sizes outside this range can be customized, while irregular caps are not suitable.
Q2. Can I save settings for different bottle and cap specifications?
Yes. The touchscreen supports parameter storage and recipe recall, allowing saved capping settings to be called up for different specifications. Mechanical adjustments to the guide rails, clamping belts, and capping wheels are still required when the physical bottle or cap size changes.
Q3. Can the same machine handle bottles with different heights?
Yes. The capping-head assembly height is adjusted manually using a knob. Bottle samples or dimensions are recommended to confirm the adjustment range.
Q4. What needs to be changed when switching cap sizes?
The cap-feed guide rails need to be replaced for compatible cap sizes. The bottle-clamping belts and capping-wheel height and width also require mechanical adjustment.

Yes. It is equipped with a bottle-clamping conveyor designed to support flat-bottle transport. The actual clamping adjustment depends on the bottle shape and dimensions.
