Equipped with PLC panel, it is easier to set and adjust working parameters. The language of panel can be customized as your need.

The turntable is designed for arranging bottles in order before production. The rotating speed can be adjusted as production need.

Equipped with magnetic pump, it has high filling accuracy, suitable for filling essential oil, perfume. The working height of nozzle can be adjusted according to bottle height.

The vibratory bowl is used for feeding bottle caps, saving labor cost. Its size can be customized according to cap size and shape.

Driven by powerful motor, it can tighten bottle caps well. The capping torque can be adjusted as production need. It can be customized according to your cap size.

With 3 rollers, the machine can label bottles accurately. It can be used for single side or double sides or full circle labeling on round bottles. It can also be equipped with date coder to print batch automatically.
