This automatic case sealer with palletizer integrates an automatic case sealer and a robotic palletizing system, delivering a complete end-of-line packaging solution for carton sealing, conveying, and pallet stacking. After products are packed into cartons, the automatic case sealer efficiently seals the carton flaps with consistent quality. The sealed cartons are then conveyed to the robotic palletizer, which stacks them onto pallets according to preset patterns, ensuring stable and space-efficient loads. Equipped with a PLC control system and a user-friendly touchscreen interface, the system is widely used in industries such as food & beverage, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and logistics to reduce labor costs and improve packaging efficiency.
