The ZONESUN carton side and corner Labeling Machine is designed to apply pressure-sensitive labels to filled cartons for product identification, barcode labeling, warehouse management and logistics tracking. The ZS-TB300T features a three-station labeling configuration for carton side and corner labeling, with single, dual or triple labeling heads available for different labeling positions. A vacuum label transfer system transfers labels from the dispensing plate, while the side labeling and corner wiping mechanisms apply labels accurately to adjoining carton surfaces. The PLC touchscreen control system synchronizes conveyor movement with photoelectric sensors for stable label positioning. The machine operates at approximately 10-15 cartons per minute, with labeling accuracy of ±1 mm, depending on carton and label conditions. The labeling object size can be customized, while supported label dimensions are up to 250 mm in length and 20-150 mm in width. An optional thermal transfer coder or inkjet printer can print production dates and batch numbers before label application. The machine can also integrate with cartoning machines, carton sealers and other end-of-line packaging equipment.
