The ZONESUN car diffuser production line is specially designed for the production of 5–10 ml hanging car air fresheners. It integrates processes such as bottle feeding, filling, stopper placing and pressing, cap placing and tightening, box opening, tray loading, and final cartoning with hanging ropes. With a production capacity of 1200–1500 bottles per hour, the ZONESUN filling line provides an efficient and automated solution for medium-scale manufacturing.

- Equipped with a peristaltic pump for fragrance filling, allowing easy tube replacement to prevent cross-contamination between different scents while improving filling accuracy
- Vibratory bowl feeders are used for organizing stoppers and wooden caps, enhancing feeding efficiency
