This packaging line is consist of carton erecting machine and sealing machine.This line can form the carton and seal carton automatically.Automated carton erecting and sealing machines offer an efficient and reliable method for your end-of-the-line packaging process.

The carton holder can be adjusted according to carton size and it is used to fixing paper carton,makes the packaging work can be processed smoothly.

These 4 suction nozzles can open the carton for the next folding work after connecting to the air compressor,saves working labor.

The bottom side of paper carton will be sealed after forming.Fixing belt can transport it to the roller conveyor and finsh the next packaging work.

The forming structure can be used to finish the left folding work of paper carton,with this,the machine realize the automated production.

There is an electric eye using for detecting passing by cartons and control the machine to start the sealing work automatically.

After top and bottom side sealing,the carton will be transported to the 4 edge carton sealing machine.When the carton touches the microswitch,the pushing structure will push the carton forward, making it enter into the sealing area and finsih 4 edge sealing.
