This ZONESUN aluminum foil seal inspection machine uses non-contact infrared thermal imaging to inspect induction or heat-sealed closures in real time. It accurately detects sealing defects without touching the product, making it ideal for cosmetics, food, and beverage production lines.

Machine Features
-
Non-Contact Thermal Imaging Inspection
Infrared imaging reads seal quality without touching the bottle — no probe, no physical contact with the product or the cap. For sealed pharmaceutical and food products, that matters specifically because contact-based inspection introduces its own contamination risk at the exact point production is trying to keep clean. -
100% Inline Inspection
Every bottle gets inspected during production, not a sample pulled periodically. The difference shows up in what gets caught: a sampling-based system might miss a defect that occurs on bottle 47 if it's only checking every 50th bottle. Inline inspection doesn't have that gap. -
High-Accuracy Defect Detection
Missing foil liners, double liners, folded seals, incomplete sealing, wrinkles — detected at up to 99.9% accuracy. Each of these defect types looks different under thermal imaging because each disrupts heat distribution across the seal differently, which is what the system is actually reading. -
Automatic Defect Rejection
A reject signal triggers an automatic rejection system the moment a defect is detected — the flawed bottle exits the line before it reaches secondary packaging, not after a batch has already been boxed and needs to be reopened. -
Real-Time Thermal Image Display
The touchscreen shows live thermal images alongside inspection results. An operator watching the screen can see a developing seal quality trend — temperature drifting slightly across a run — before it crosses into reject territory, not just after a defect has already been flagged. -
Fast Inspection Speed
Up to 200 bottles per minute, depending on bottle size and production conditions. At that speed, inspection keeps pace with high-volume filling and capping lines rather than becoming the station that slows them down. -
Compatible with Various Bottle Sizes
Inspection height adjusts to accommodate different bottle dimensions — one system covers multiple packaging formats rather than requiring separate inspection equipment per bottle size. -
Easy Production Line Integration
Connects with induction sealing machines, filling lines, conveyors, and automated packaging systems — running as one inspection stage within the line rather than as a separate manual checkpoint. -
Improves Product Quality
A sealing defect caught here never reaches a customer. That's the entire function: catching the failure before the product leaves the factory rather than after it's already in the field, where the cost is a recall instead of a rejected bottle. -
Wide Industry Applications
Pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetic, nutraceutical, chemical — any industry relying on induction foil sealing for product integrity faces the same inspection requirement, regardless of what's inside the bottle.
