ZONESUN automatic vial capping machine is designed for high-speed aluminum cap crimping of pharmaceutical vials after filling. Equipped with 8 crimping heads, the machine can reach a working speed of 230–300 bottles per minute depending on vial size, providing continuous vial sealing for large-scale production. The machine integrates automatic vial unscrambling, cap feeding, vial positioning and crimping functions. The starwheel system transfers vials accurately during the capping process, while the vibratory bowl arranges and delivers caps automatically. Both starwheel and crimping components can be customized according to different vial and cap sizes. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this vial capping machine is suitable for pharmaceutical packaging applications and can be equipped with an optional laminar flow hood for production environments requiring additional protection. It can also be integrated with upstream filling machines and downstream packaging equipment to build an automated vial production line.
