This fully automatic honey spoon packaging line is designed for manufacturing single-serve honey spoon packs. The system integrates spoon feeding, quantitative piston filling, film sealing, and automatic flow wrapping into one continuous process. A heated and mixing hopper ensures smooth filling of high-viscosity honey, preventing stringing and blockage. Dual filling heads provide ±1% accuracy, while the rotary sealing system delivers reliable airtight lids.
Finished spoons are transferred by a vacuum pick-and-place unit to the flow wrapper, where each spoon is individually pillow-packed, making the product ready for retail distribution. With a capacity of 1000–1800 pcs/hour, this line is ideal for honey brands, OEM food factories, hotel supplies, and coffee chain portion packaging, enabling hygienic, portable, and premium single-dose honey products.
