The ZONESUN automatic vacuum lug capping machine seals glass jars with metal lug caps. Cap sorting, jar positioning, dual-head tracking capping, vacuum sealing, and vacuum inspection all run within one compact system. The tracking capping structure follows each jar along the conveyor during capping rather than holding it at a fixed station. The cap engages gradually across the contact distance, reducing impact at the moment of thread engagement and keeping the line moving at consistent speed. Before the cap seats, the vacuum chamber removes air from the jar headspace. For jam, sauce, honey, pickles, and preserved foods, that oxygen reduction is what determines how long the product stays fresh after sealing. An automatic cap sorting system feeds lug caps to the capping station continuously. Capping parameters including torque and conveyor speed adjust through the PLC control system to match different jar sizes and cap specifications. Stainless steel construction suits the cleaning frequency and moisture exposure of continuous food production.
