The ZONESUN perfume filling and capping machine runs rinsing, vacuum filling, crimping, cap pressing, and discharge through a single rotary structure — four stations compressed into one footprint. A negative ion system cleans bottle interiors before filling, removing dust and static that would otherwise affect fill accuracy. Vacuum filling returns excess liquid to the storage tank, keeping fill level consistent even when bottle volume varies slightly — the kind of variation common with glass. Both crimp-type and press-fit caps run on the same machine, useful for brands working across multiple packaging formats without separate equipment.
