All packaging machines are produced based on order requirements. Standard production time is usually 7–30 working days, depending on the machine model, customization requirements, and order quantity.
Once production is completed, we will arrange testing and provide videos or photos for confirmation before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods

We provide multiple shipping options according to customer needs and destination, including:

  • Sea freight (most common for complete machines or production lines)
  • Air freight (for urgent orders or smaller machines)
  • International express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) for spare parts or small equipment

Our team will recommend the most suitable shipping method based on cost and delivery time.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination country and city
  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping method
  • Whether the order is a full machine or a complete production line

Customers can choose to ship using:

4. Packaging

All machines are packed using export-standard packaging to ensure safe transportation. Common packaging methods include:

  • Protective film and internal reinforcement

This helps protect the equipment during long-distance international transport.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping method:

  • Sea shipping: approximately 30-50 days
  • Railway freight: approximately 35-45 days
  • Air shipping: approximately 5–10 days
  • Express shipping: approximately 3–7 days
  • Regular express shipping: approximately 15-45 days

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees required by their country.
